ABOUT YOUR HOST, ISA

I love traveling around the world- eating and drinking my way though cities & exotic places. As a vegetarian chef I am passionate about inspiring other people to eat tasty vegetarian & vegan food by making it themselves!

Example dishes

  • Cabbage rolls filled with wild mushrooms from the Stockholm’s forests, brown creamy sauce, Hasselback potatoes and pickled beetroots.
  • Swedish dumplings filled with soya meat with browned butter & sweetened raw lingonberries
  • Deep-fried aubergine fillets with grilled asparagus, citrus aioli and a fresh potato salad with chives

WHAT WE WILL DO You will learn how to create a delicious lunch/- or dinner inspired by the Nordic kitchen. My menus focus on vegetarian & plant based food, mostly ecological and locally produced. At the end of the cooking class we’ll sit down and enjoy the meal together.

Depending of the size of the group, the cooking class will either take place in my home in Kungsholmen at the beautiful city island Lilla Essingen- in a light and modern flat with a big kitchen, dining area and a large balcony overlooking the sea, a professional food studio in Hornstull, Södermalm .
