I love traveling around the world- eating and drinking my way though cities & exotic places. As a vegetarian chef I am passionate about inspiring other people to eat tasty vegetarian & vegan food by making it themselves!
- Cabbage rolls filled with wild mushrooms from the Stockholm’s forests, brown creamy sauce, Hasselback potatoes and pickled beetroots.
- Swedish dumplings filled with soya meat with browned butter & sweetened raw lingonberries
- Deep-fried aubergine fillets with grilled asparagus, citrus aioli and a fresh potato salad with chives

|WHAT WE WILL DO||You will learn how to create a delicious lunch/- or dinner inspired by the Nordic kitchen. My menus focus on vegetarian & plant based food, mostly ecological and locally produced. At the end of the cooking class we’ll sit down and enjoy the meal together.
|DURATION||Max 3 hours (1½- 2 h cooking + eating)|
Depending of the size of the group, the cooking class will either take place in my home in Kungsholmen at the beautiful city island Lilla Essingen- in a light and modern flat with a big kitchen, dining area and a large balcony overlooking the sea, a professional food studio in Hornstull, Södermalm .
